About our classes...

Karate is a martial art for students of all ages.  Children, teens, adults and families all can benefit from karate training.

While Karate is a highly effective means of self-defense, its unique benefits lie in its balanced approach to both physical and mental development.  Karate training provides a solid foundation for the development of character, ethics and strength. 

Children

Traditional Karate training is classical physical education, placing equal emphasis on mental, physical and emotional growth. Our training program stresses that courtesy, respect and responsibility are essential to successful human relations. The formation of sound body mechanics gives even the non-athletic child a foundation for self-esteem and a lifetime of physical fitness.

 Adults

Our classes provide a total body workout for people of all ages.  Traditional Karate training stimulates the cardiovascular and endocrine systems and strengthens the immune system.  Traditional Karate training also aids in the development of integrated body mechanics, improved flexibility, increased strength and stress reduction.

 Families

We encourage family participation.  Parents who train with their children can provide them with visible role models of integrity, work ethics and discipline.
